Videos
Our team was tasked with creating a series of videos to demonstrate how to best measure children for uniform sizes. But, instead of creating simple instructional videos, we concepted the idea of filming them from the perspective of a child. These videos worked to capture the creative imagination of children, relate with parents about how unpredictable children can be and still give useful instructional details to parents on how to best measure their child. In addition to helping concept the idea, I also wrote the script, co-directed the actors on the shoot and worked with the film team to get the shots we needed.
When working with the Art Director to rebrand Lands’ End School, we wanted to take a realistic approach that was relatable to the daily life of parents. Instead of shooting pristine shots of perfectly behaved children, we worked to show images and use headlines that demonstrated some of the real struggles parents have with getting their kids off to school. And, how our uniforms can help make that morning at least a little bit easier.
Direct Mail
In our continued efforts push the brand in a new direction, our team concepted the idea of sending out NFC (Near-field communication) bracelets to our top prospecting clients instead of simple post cards. These bracelets would be branded with Lands’ End School and come with a message of friendship in a more memorable way than a simple post card.
